DON's, ADON's, Unit Managers: Are there times when you would like to ask other DON's how they handle a problem you are having with a resident, family, staff or the State? Or perhaps you want feedback on a survey issue or a new regulation? Or you just want to vent!!! "ODONA NETWORKS!" is a free online discussion group that enables you to network online with DONS, ADON's and Unit Managers throughout the state to discuss issues that are important you! Think of the cumulative DON experience out there - what a resource! To subscribe simply log onto the ODONA Website, www.odonaltc.org, scroll down the left column, enter your email address where indicated and click submit - that's all there is to it! You are now able to send and receive questions/advice/support to and from nurses all over Ohio, all via email! To submit a question, request, or comment to "ODONA NETWORKS!" simply email it to discuss@odonaltc.org and watch for the responses!
