A long-time ODONA member, Juliene Wise has been the Director of Nursing at Fairlawn Haven nursing home in Archbold, Ohio for 40 years. She dedicated her entire career serving the elderly of our community. Juliene started in 1964 and worked as a charge nurse until 1971, when she was promoted to director of nursing. Her career has expanded over 47 years in one facility. Juliene's last day of work was February 28, 2011. Patron Member ($500.00/yr) Patron Members receive recognition as a Patron Member in each edition of our newsletter published four times a year. They also receive acknowledgment in three locations on our website. Before the annual statewide convention, Patron Members receive a 10% discount on the convention booth fee and recognition at the Awards Banquet at our annual ODONA Convention as well as throughout the Convention on a prominent display at the registration table. Important information for those interested in applying: One membership per region may be given, or a statewide total of 5 per year. Applicants must complete an application form, available from the ODONA office. Upon approval by the ODONA Board, a recipient will be notified via a letter from the ODONA President. Courtesy Membership includes one year ODONA dues paid, plus registration and two nights lodging paid for ODONA Annual Convention.
