Active Member ($25.00/yr)
Any licensed nurse who is currently or has previously served in a position as Director or Assistant Director of Nursing in a licensed long term care facility, who shall have paid the appropriate fees.

Associate Member ($85.00/yr)
Any professional such as RN, Dr., or any professional healthcare organization involved in the long term health care field, who is interested in supporting the goals and objectives of this association.

Patron Member ($500.00/yr)
Patron Members receive recognition as a Patron Member in each edition of our newsletter published four times a year. They also receive acknowledgment in three locations on our website. Before the annual statewide convention, Patron Members receive a 10% discount on the convention booth fee and recognitiion at the Awards Banquet at our annual ODONA Convention as well as throughout the Convention on a prominent display at the registration table. They are also recognized on materials distributed at our DON Boot Camp and other activities beyond the Convention.

ODONA COURTESY MEMBERSHIP
An ODONA Courtesy Membership is designed for those D.O.N.'s who are experiencing a personal or facility hardship and who wish to belong to ODONA and attend the annual convention. Important information for those interested in applying:
  • One membership per region may be given, or a statewide total of 5 per year.
  • Applicants must complete an application form, available from the ODONA office.
  • Upon approval by the ODONA Board, a recipient will be notified via a letter from the ODONA President.
  • Courtesy Membership includes one year ODONA dues paid, plus registration and two nights lodging paid for ODONA Annual Convention.
